The National Section of Cinema and Audiovisual Industry at the Ministry of Culture, hereinafter referred to as DINES, convenes all natural or juridical persons of Panamanian nationality who are registered with the National Registry of Cinema and Audiovisual Industry to participate in the National Research Competition FUND Cinema 2024..
