The event, traditionally face-to-face, in 2021, adds to many other national and international festivals in online format, due to isolation measures, product of the Covid-19 pandemic. During the festival, final contents will be seen from different countries, through a closed streaming platform with prior registration and using a security password.

Audiovisual content in live action or animation, dedicated to children and youth up to the age of 15, will have to have Portuguese or Spanish as their original language, and content in native or Latin American and Spanish languages will have been accepted (for them they have to be subtitled in Portuguese or Spanish). International co-productions from all over the world can be put up but the content should have been produced mainly in Ibero-American countries so that they are suitable to participate.
