FAMILY FAMILY FAMILIES IN GUATEMALA

The organizers of the CINE CIARO PANAMÁ FESTIVAL, this year's issue number 14, have reported that the Jury responsible for selecting the Panamanian films that will represent us at the Central American competition of the Icaro International Festival in Guatemala town this November have chosen 6 national productions from among the 17 that have been registered, to represent the country at this important regional meeting.

The select jury was composed of film makers Carolina Borrero (Colombia / Panama), Martín Contreras (Panama) and Said Isaac (Panama), who after viewing all the material decided to select 6 films of documentary, experimental and fiction short film to compete at the Central American event and that they can be seen before this at the CIARO PANAMA 2021 FESTIVAL that will be performed virtual in our town from September 27 to October 3.

The titles are:Stanislao(2020) by Rodrigo Quintero;Chaos(2020) by Jaime Arahams4.2020(2020) by Enrique Castro and Milvia Martínez.Shadows(2021) by Haslam Ortega;Trapiche(2019) by Hernan García andI still remember you.(2019), by Jeho do Carmo.
