ACAMpadOC opens calls for his Documentary School to talents from Panama, Iberoamerica and Italy.

The ACAMPADOC Documentary School grants film grants through the Ibermedia Programme and the Ministry of Culture of Panama.

March 10, 2021, LA VILLA DE los SANTOS, LS - Until April 20, 2021 are open the training calls for the residence and camp ACAMpadOC, organized every year from La Villa de los Santos, central region of Panama.
Both training experiences will be conducted in a virtual format from 3 to 17 July 2021, offering new and Ibero-American production companies an intense training and production that will end with the documentary production and premiere of short films made for the headquarters and the world.
In 2020 ACAMpadOC was established as a 'pioneer in the virtual teaching of documentary films', achieving a record of 19 short films produced during the pandemic, thanks to an dedicated Ibero-American network of specialist teachers and the enthusiasm of the participating students.
This year, ACAMpadOC's residence will benefit 22 (22) documentary feature projects in development from Panama, Iberoamerica and Italy with grants awarded by the Ibermedia program.
Students from this Non-Fictional Cinema Residency have been given advanced tools to effectively research, create and conduct their projects. They have been given individualised advice and monitoring, with their script rewrite as a cross-cutting element to their training process.

The ACAMpadOC International Documentary Cinema Camp will give scholarships to ten (10) best documentary short films proposals with the theme 'Built Heritage' with the support of the National Cinema Direction of the Ministry of Culture of Panama.
The documentary theme "Constructed Heritage" was shown as a tribute to the Bicentennial of the heroic gesture of November 10, 1821 at La Villa de Los Santos. The historic capital of Panama was its historic landmark and its independence from Spain.
ACAMpadOC is led by INDICRI Foundation - Creative Industries from Research, involving hundreds of Panamanian and Ibero-American youth, professionals and communities every year as an active impetus to safeguard the heritage of Panama and the region.
