CIMA IMMULSA 2022

The success of several projects from the previous two editions strengthens CIMA IMpULSA's commitment to Latin and American filmmakers.

It was real. TVE and Spanish producers have wanted to participate in several projects over the last two years and Berlinale Talens has included another project in his last edition. It's a true immersion into the world of cinema by writers, directors and producers who worked with the Training and Consultation Program of CIMA IMDIULSA.

Madrid, 8 April 2022.- The Association of Women Realizators and Audiovisual Media (CIMA) has committed itself to promoting effective access by women to the audiovisual industry, in collaboration with the Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA) of the Ministry of Culture and Sport, through the Fountain Generation and Netflix, the third edition of CIMA IMPLSA. It's a program that helps industry professionals to develop their own film and audiovisual projects.

The call for 2022 emphasizes the slogan "Think big, create without boundaries," that encourages filmmakers to put forward more ambitious projects, of any kind, and to overcome the limits imposed by the assumptions about inequality that have persisted for decades.

In this version, the number of projects that you will be advising about will continue to be 20. Thus, CIMA IMPLSA 2022 will select projects in six areas: fiction, documentary feature film, series feature film, documentary feature film and animation series.

In addition to the program, Netflix will have an opportunity to select up to five participants (with an intention to write their script) to participate in the Output Shadowing program.
