The Carnival is an event of joy, splendor and rampage that takes place not only in iconic cities such as Las Tablas or Chitre but also in private companies, government agencies, schools and asylum. It's a tradition where rivalry and attacks are typical between the sovereign of the Upper Street and that of Calle Baja and vice versa. Is everything a gift to those beautiful ladies with revelators and bright dressings?
